It's a little scary when my weight these days are seeing a subtle incremental growth. It was stagnant at 54kg for the longest period but have suddenly gradually upscaled and is now at a steady 55kg. All unacceptable and far from my target of 47kg!

And of course the big question, HOW SAFE IS IT. Given that this product can be found at local drugstores like Watsons, i'm pretty sure this is a better bet than the Grapefruit Diet. Confirm got HSA approved. Most likely won't get some health scare.
