Starting weight: 59.8kg
The banquet is coming up in 3 months and i've been ballooning due to work stress. My ex-colleague shared that Dr Keith Ong from Parson Medical can help me. Was skeptical to use pills as it's not a good idea to be dependent on it. But i do need some help.
Decided to make an appointment with him and #JustDoIt.
Dr Keith was nice and shared some tips on the food intake which is quite different from the normal dieting food.
Can EAT
1. Chocolates (all kinds. Need not restrict to DARK chocolates only)
2. Cake (Pandan cake is the best because less cream)
3. Carbs (White Rice and bread will keep me feeling fuller longer)
4. Isotonic Drinks as replacement to water (100+ or Pocari Sweat)
To AVOID
1. Ice Cream
2. Fruits (acidic)
3. Pokka Green Tea / Oolong Tea
4. Cereal / Oats
5. Yogurt (i forgot the reason)
Breakfast
- 1 Egg Prata
- 1 Kosong Prata
- 1 cup of Iced Milo
Consumed really early in the morning the moment i woke up but i’m still feeling hungry. Almost gobbled all my meal but ended up leaving ¼ of it for dad.
I could have polished it all, but i reminded myself that i’m on a diet and should just eat till i’m full.
Lunch was pretty uneventful. I wasn't hungry and was waiting for the hubs to meet me. Decided to squat at Toastbox and had Ice Barley.
Bought a bottle of Pocari Sweat just in case. Was looking for 100+ as Dr Keith adviced but Pocari Sweat is approved too and it's cheaper. However, ended up I wasn't as thirsty as i thought i would be. So did not get a chance to drink Pocari. Gave it to my hubs.
Contrary to other fellow duromine consumers, I was hungry by 6pm. But after eating some lettuce and stir fried chicken, i was full. Parents commented that i ate so little.
Also, I'm not sure if GarbaSlim has any effect on me. But there is no bowel movement today. Seems very quiet. Not sure how tomorrow's weigh-in will be like.
The only "side-effect" that i feel today is the heat in my body. It feels like i'm having fever and my arm pits are constantly sweating. But this could be due to my mensus period and body temp is slightly higher.
There goes to a rather mediocre day 1.
