So for lunch, i indulged and had Chicken Chop in Black Pepper Sauce Spaghetti. It was YUMMY!!! But much to my horror, i realized that i think i hate more than the "supposed" amount of carbs and protein.
According to the TRA food diary that i'm religiously keep notes in, one portion of carbs is supposed to be the size of your palm. NOT GOOD! The amount of spaghetti i slurped down is a good 3 size of my palm!!! And that piece of chicken chop (without the skin) is suppose to be the size of a fist. The one i ate was definitely slightly larger than my fist.
Feeling extremely guilty, i decided to take the stairs instead of the lift. Just to feel better.
Latest update: Just weighed myself and i lost another 0.3kg. Amazing... that's almost 1kg in 3days!!!
