TRA Challenge Day 24
Apparently a survey done by KK Women's and Children Hospital (if I don't recognize the logo on the top left corner wrongly).
Given that i drink 1/2 a packet of the shake which will be a total of 105cal. And LK (new take-over agent) says that my daily intake have to be max 1,000cal to lose weight effectively. I can eat a plate of fried rice and my total daily will be only 705cal. I have room for a pau or carrot cake as my lunch maybe?
However, before you jump in and start planning a 400kcal from the list for each day, there is a disclaimer. *Limit these foods to 2 times a week only as they are high in fat and/sugar
