Anyway, overall i lost a total of 1.6kg since the 1st Sept. Which is good i guess. My abdomen went down by 4cm which i think is pretty impressive. What amazed everyone, even the agent herself was my arms. Most people don't go down as much as i do (2cm).
Looking through my food diary, which i have been religiously jotting down, she advised to not take tuna. Apparently those canned tunas are FATTENING. Even without the mayo, those plain ones are FAT FAT FAT!!!! And cheese are a no go too.
Funny thing is, when i remeasured my weight with my digital weighing scale about 30min later, i dropped to a 62.9kg. I'm seriously confused as to if it's my weighing machine OR her weighing machine.
I won't say i'm overly satisfied with my weight loss for 1 week, but i should say it's an improvement. I would never have had any motivation to watch my diet.
Hope that the next review which is in 2 weeks time, i would have doubled by weight loss.
