TRA Challenge Day 49

So i mentioned in my previous post that figuring that Nuskin's ageLOC Dermatic Effects is quite expensive ($220 for 4 bottles), I decided to try an alternative - Clarins Body Lift Cellulite Control ($88).

As you can see from my recent weigh in with LK. My thighs have gone down rather significantly in a span of 2 weeks! Let me clarify, yes i'm still watching and cutting down my diet, but instead of applying Nuskin's ageLOC Dermatic Effects, i'm substituting it with the Clarins Body Lift Cellulite Control! According to the sales lady, it's only effective on the lower parts of our body - which includes love handles.

However, i'm assuming the hip area is the love handles, and there is only a marginal drop. But hey, the results are much better than the previous 2 weeks which results weren't that great.

With a month and a half more to go in this programme, i can't wait to lose another 5kg. That would make me even closer to my target of 47kg. One step at a time.

Good part of this programme is, because it's my birthday month, i kind of have been pigging out with lots of celebrations and buffets. And thankfully, i did NOT increase. But maintained my weight. I honestly and sincerely believe that if i did not allow myself to celebrate (which is as good as hating myself), i would have lost more. But i'm still happy. I get to get, make merry and yet lose weight. Though marginally but i'm still getting LIGHTER and LIGHTER! wooHooo!
