So out of desperation, i Googled about fluctuating weight after meals / dinner. And I chanced upon this interesting website.
It's a weight loss calculator that helps you count how many calories you need to cut down and consume a day to be able to "maintain" or "lose" a certain amount of weight in a given number of time.
Example, my goal is to lose 8kg in 4 months.
What's interesting is that, I was being idealistic and lose 8kg in 90 days (3months). They said it's not possible and highly detrimental for my health. It tickled me to know that they calculator has some brains...
Something interesting for you peeps who are calorie counters. I personally gave up calorie counting. Too much work. I just stick to eating greens and lots of fruits and I don't feel guilty.

This site is even better. It helps you to 'set a target date'. So say I want to lose 8kg by May, i have to limit my calorie count a day to 1200calories.
