Fear that I would be hungry, I had a rather substantial Breakfast.
Breakfast: 6 X Chewy Kway + 5 X Red Bean Paste Dumplings
Not exactly healthy, but enough carbs to last me the day.
Lunch: Orange, Cucumber, Lemon
Though it's still very thick with pulp, but it's much easier to down it. I believe it's the amount of water i added in and also because it's orange. Carrot seems a little harder and "dry". I'm utterly pleased with myself and the results.
I feel that it's not a lost cause afterall. My investment in my blender has seen a ray of hope in my bid to lose the remaining 9kg.
Dinner: Yogurt with nuts & Thai Fried Omelette with Chicken Had a prior appointment with a friend and can't get out of it. The initial plan was to have MacDonalds but that was changed due to renovation. We ended up at this Thai place and i had 1/2 of the Omelette. Too oily for my taste.
Today's Weigh-in: 56kg
