Approaching this carefully, I won't jump the gun and be all hyped up. But I did output some today. Will have to continue monitoring.
Anyway, I am also aware that I need more fibre in my diet to ensure more smooth and frequent bowel movements. So for Breakfast i had 2 pratas (one Egg and Kosong). No Fibre. But I tried to make it up with Lunch. I had rock melons. And lots of water.
Trying to keep the momentum of keeping the calories low but keeping the meal balanced with some fibre intake, I had veggies, egg and some pork for dinner.
