Non-Msg 100% Healthy Soup

Why do people always give me weird looks when I tell them that I cook my soup without adding preservatives? Is it so hard to believe that with vegetables alone, you are able to whip up a yummy and yet healthy meal?


I usually prepare a pot enough to feed 3 people and Dad and mum usually eats this with rice. But since i'm trying to cut carbs, I usually just eat the soup by itself.

Ingredients:
1. Potato
2. Corn
3. Carrot
4. Onion
5. Pork Rib / Pork Bone (Soup Base)

Having the above 4 ingredients in your soup will definitely make your soup sweet naturally. The Pork Rib / Pork Bone is also a part of making the soup sweet. But i've personally tried with chicken and it works just as fine. Black chicken, white chicken. Both works.
